Biography:
PVG Menon has over 23 years of experience in the development, marketing and management of technology, having worked with Philips (later NXP) Semiconductors and Analog Devices -- where he has built multi-million dollar global businesses. Before that he worked with Siemens Information Systems Ltd. and CMC Ltd., and has been associated with 2 start-ups.
Now, the President & CEO, VANN Consulting, a strategic management consulting company, he started in early 2007, Menon has several strategy consulting and marketing assignments for various companies in the software, embedded systems and semiconductor space. He is also an Executive Council member of the Advanced Computing and Communications Society of India (ACCS).

Biography:
M.A. Mohamed Saliya has nearly 30 years of experience in the areas of research, teaching, technology and management. His areas of expertise include mission critical Real-time and Embedded Systems, Device Drivers, Networking Protocols, Real-time Operating systems and innovative product development.
He worked in the ISRO for 11 years, where he undertook R & D in Real-time software for various prestigious Indian Spacecrafts like IRS, INSAT and SROSS series. He also successfully developed and deployed Knowledge Based System using Fuzzy techniques for German Spacecraft ROSAT in 1993. Saliya also put in 3 years as head of the Embedded Systems group, Philips Semiconductors.

Mr. Shailesh Thakurdesai

Biography:
Shailesh Thakurdesai started his career in 1998 as an Application Engineer in Philips Semiconductors and worked on development platforms for Telecom and Industrial applications. He joined Motorola Semiconductor in 2003 as a senior field applications engineer supporting 8/16 bit microcontrollers, also supporting automotive and industrial applications. He joined Texas Instruments in April, 2006 as Business Development Manager for Microcontrollers and Low Power RF products and is responsible for product marketing and gaining market share for TI Microcontrollers.

Mr. Sudhir Sathiyamoorthy

Biography:
Sudhir drives business development and sales functions for high-tech focussed business unit that serves semiconductor, telecom, computing market segments for APAC geography. He has a wide understanding of technology and was instrumental in building multiple solutions in mobile and consumer electronic devices.
He started his career with Texas Instruments and later worked with HCL Technologies and Wipro Technologies. Sudhir has in-depth understanding of the mobile eco-system and has worked across the globe with Chipset Vendors, OEMs, ODMs, Telecom Service Providers and Independent Software Vendors.

Mr. N. Kishor Narang

Biography:
Kishor is responsible for Design and Architecture of all Electronic Products’ Design at “Corporate Design Excellence Centre” of M/s Indo Asian Fusegear Ltd.
His team is responsible for creating latest product designs for 4 independent BUs of the organization, namely: Lighting Division, Home Automation Division, Industrial Switchgear & Control gear division & Static Energy Meter Division.
After completion of product designs as per each BU’s needs, the knowhow is transferred to Engineering Dept. of respective BU/division for day to day customization & support to manufacturing team.
Was previously an independent designb consultant and ran a IDH called “Narnix” in Delhi.
- Over 17 years of hardcore Design and Development Experience in Systems, Products, Hardware & Embedded Software in fields of Industrial, Power & Consumer Electronics.
- Over 10 years of Consultancy Experience to different segments of business & industry.
